      <description>Mrs. Carey and Mrs. Arwood at Hillcrest Elementary recently   gave their students an assignment to create a report on a famous person in African American history.  &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Each child researched and wrote their own report including a drawing of their subject.  &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;The writings and drawings were then displayed on a unique scrolling presentation board and reported to the class.</description>

Some students participated in making crafts or writing papers about 100 things they like or like to eat.  &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;A fun rotation was set up in the gymnasium for the students to enjoy.  &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Watch as the students celebrate!</description>
